How do I book?
Start with the inquiry form. We’ll review availability and your service needs, then confirm the required booking details and payment. An inquiry alone does not reserve a date. See How to Book for the full process.
Does the deposit count toward my total?
Yes. Your deposit is part of the total price, not an additional charge. The payment schedule shown for your service and in your booking agreement applies. Wedding photography balances are due 24 hours before the wedding; portrait balances are due before the session begins.
What if I am late to a portrait session?
Your booked time starts at the scheduled time. There is no late fee for the first 15 minutes. More than 15 minutes late incurs a $40 fee. After 30 minutes, the session is canceled without a deposit refund, and a new deposit is required to reschedule. Contact SLBVisuals as soon as you know you may be late.
Can I reschedule?
For portrait sessions, notify SLBVisuals at least 48 hours in advance. Rescheduling within 48 hours requires an additional deposit. Weddings, events, productions and multi-session bundles follow their agreed booking terms; contact us about your specific circumstances.
How long is my session?
Use the duration listed on your selected service page. Portrait sessions, event coverage and film productions have different schedules. Outfit changes, setup changes and travel between session locations fit within the booked time unless your proposal states otherwise.
When will I receive my photographs or film?
For portrait sessions with image selection, proofs are normally provided within 48 hours, followed by standard editing within 10 days after you choose your images. Sports galleries and films have their own stated turnaround. Wedding, event and production delivery dates are agreed in your proposal.
Rush work may be available for an additional fee; confirm availability before relying on a deadline.
What should I wear or bring?
Choose clothing that reflects your style and avoids distracting text or logos. Groups can coordinate colors without matching exactly. Bring personal props you want included, and discuss larger items or special setups beforehand. Studio chairs and stools are available.
Arrive ready for your session. Ask if you would like a makeup artist recommendation. A support person is welcome if they do not interfere; keep additional guests to a minimum.
Can I print my images?
Yes, personal-use images can be downloaded and printed. Professional print services are recommended for consistent quality. Business and advertising usage is described in your service or booking terms.
Are RAW files included?
Photography packages deliver the agreed finished images, not RAW files. Where proof selection applies, proofs may be watermarked and low resolution. Captured unedited video footage is a separate option only where expressly listed in a video package or proposal.
How can I pay?
Use the payment instructions provided with your invoice or booking. Cash and CashApp may also be arranged with SLBVisuals. Confirm the recipient directly before sending payment.
What about the Mirror Experience?
