What happens if I arrive late to my session? If you arrive up to 15 minutes late, there's no late fee. Arriving more than 15 minutes late results in a $40 late fee. After 30 minutes, your session will be canceled without a deposit refund. To reschedule, an additional deposit will be required. Your session time begins at your original booking time.
Can I reschedule my shoot date? Yes, you can reschedule as long as you notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Rescheduling within 48 hours of your session requires an additional deposit.
How long does a session typically last? Sessions range from 30 minutes to 6 hours, depending on the package you book and preparation requirements.
Does my deposit apply to the final session cost? Yes, your deposit is deducted from your total session cost.
What should I bring to my session? You're encouraged to bring personal or specific items you'd like included in your photos. General studio props such as chairs and stools are available, but personalized props should be brought by you.
How soon will I receive my photos after the session? You'll receive your digital proofs via an online gallery within 48 hours. Once you select your favorites for editing, the standard turnaround time is 10 days. Rush editing is available for an additional fee.
Can I print my photos myself? Yes, you can download and print your images. We highly recommend using professional print services rather than commercial locations (e.g., Walmart, Walgreens) to ensure the highest quality.
What should I/we wear for the photoshoot? Wear clothing that best represents your personal style, avoiding distracting text, logos, or characters. For groups, coordinate colors without exact matching. For maternity sessions, clothing that highlights the baby bump is ideal. While advice can be provided, hiring a professional stylist is recommended for best results.
When and how do I make the payment? Full payment is due before your session begins. Payments can be made via your booking link, cash, or CashApp.
Can I bring someone with me to the session? Yes, bringing a friend for support is encouraged, provided they do not distract or interfere with the session. Please keep the number of additional guests minimal.
Can you recommend a makeup artist? Absolutely! We have a list of trusted makeup artists that we can recommend.
Can I have access to my unedited images? We do not provide unedited (RAW) images. You can view unedited images in low-resolution format with watermarks only. This ensures our work represents both you and us at its best.
Is rush editing available? Yes, expedited editing services are available upon request for an additional fee.
